This setting defines the time of day after which newly created homework starts being treated as tomorrow's homework instead of today's, for the purposes of the "Today" timetable view. At Alpha Institute, the setting is configured (visible here alongside the other Homework Basic Settings, "Time until users will preview today's homework as preselected for timetable view" set to 14:00):
