Default teaching assignment filter in session creation
When somebody creates a session, they have to say which Teacher is taking it. Classter narrows the list of Teachers offered so that it is not the whole staff list, and this setting decides which basis that narrowing starts from. The choice is a starting point for the session creation screen, not a restriction. Whoever is creating the session can change the filter there.
