This setting controls whether applicants can add or edit relative records of type Father, Mother, or Other in addition to the relatives already predefined by Predefined/Pre-configured Relative/Parents Management in Personal Data. It gives applicants limited flexibility to manage extra relative entries without opening up the full set of relative types.
