Allow Parents/Guardians to Apply for Existing Students
This setting determines whether a parent or guardian who already has one or more Students linked to their portal account can submit a new admission application for one of those existing Students - for example, to apply them to a new Grade or program - rather than only being able to apply for brand-new applicants.
