Enable the Required Elements Control as Critical Only in Submit Application Action

This setting changes when Classter enforces required-field validation while an applicant is completing an admission application. Normally, required fields are enforced at every step. When this setting is enabled, applicants are allowed to leave required fields empty and save their progress, filling them in later.
