Admission / Admission Settings / Signup & Applicants Portal / Personal & Admission Data Form Setup / Convert Father and Mother labels as Parent 1/ Parent 2 in admission portal
When the setting is enabled mother tag is replaced with the parent 1 tag, the same for father with parent 2.

In admission user’s portal in parents’ management.
Setting -> Active
Setting -> Inactive
