Define Which Registered Data Fields Related to Relatives/Parents Require at Least One Mandatory Entry

This setting specifies which relative/parent data fields must be filled in by at least one of the relatives an applicant registers, and requires that value to be different from the Student's own value. For example, if Mobile Phone is selected, at least one registered relative must have a valid, distinct mobile phone number.
