Hide Other gender options from Applicants form

This setting controls whether the "Other" gender option is available whenever a gender/sex field is filled in on the Personal Data form of the Admission Portal. By default (inactive), the gender selector on the Personal Data form offers three choices: Male, Female, and Other. When this setting is active, the Other choice is removed and only Male and Female remain selectable.
