Limit Applicant Relatives to Managing Only Basic Data of Other Relatives

When a relative (such as a parent) logs into the portal on behalf of an applicant, this setting restricts what that relative can edit about other relatives linked to the same applicant. Instead of accessing full relative records, the logged-in relative can only view and update the Name, Last Name, and Email of other relatives.
