Require Data Verification Only for Relatives Created by Applicant Relatives

This setting limits the requirement to verify relative data so that it only applies to relative records that were created by an applicant relative (a parent or guardian logged into the portal on the applicant's behalf). Relative records created by back-office staff are excluded from this verification requirement.
