Define the Fixed Description Text That Will Appear as the Label in the Predefined Relatives Section

This setting lets the institute define custom wording for the label that introduces the predefined relatives section on the application form. The text entered here replaces the default resource text ("The registrar office has requested that you enter a contact of type: "), while the specific relative type being requested is still appended automatically to the sentence in every case.
