Status to set on the first payment
This setting holds the status that a Student's educational programs change to automatically when a first payment is issued. When that happens is decided by a second setting, Change the educational program status on the first payment (Change_Status_On_First_Payment), which offers First payment ever and First payment per period. This setting only chooses the status.
