Choose Pickup Drop-off point using adresses or stops

This setting determines whether a Student's pickup/drop-off point for transportation is expressed as an "Address", as a route "Stop", or left to the end user to choose between the two ("User Selection"). It applies wherever a Student's route intentions or pricing/route rules depend on the pickup/drop-off method.
