Transfer Student Bus Use Selection

This setting controls whether a Student's "Bus Use Selection" (whether the Student uses transportation, and the routes tied to that year) is carried over automatically when the Student is transferred from one academic period to the next. When enabled, Classter reads the transportation information from the current year and reapplies it to the Student in the new period, instead of leaving transportation unset.
