Transportation Choose Zone Or Yes No

This setting determines how end users (parents/Students) express their transportation preference on the "Student Route Intentions" screen: either by picking a transportation Zone for each direction, or by a simple Yes/No choice of whether transportation is used, together with a pickup/drop-off address.
