Default Publish State for Marked Assessments
This setting controls whether the "Publish Marks" checkbox on the Assessment Marking form is preselected (checked) by default or not, when a user opens the form to mark an assessment. The "Publish Marks" checkbox appears at the top of the Assessments & Assignments > Marking form, in both the Administrator's and the Teacher's portal.
