A Student Will Be Shown in the Assessment Marking Form Only If Already Registered as Present
This setting controls whether a Student must already be marked present for a specific assessment or exam before that Student can appear in the marking form for it. When enabled, only Students whose presence has already been recorded for that assessment/exam show up for marking; any Student still marked absent is hidden from the list entirely.
