Comment on Annual Results

Overview

In Classter (available for College only), a new Comment property allows users to view, add, or edit comments for each annual result entry. This functionality is accessible through the Student Card, Annual Results List, and Mass Import Annual Results, enhancing communication and record-keeping within the system.

View Comments on Annual Results

1. Using Student Card

Navigate to Student Profile > Views & Statistics > Academic Progress > Annual Results

• Hover over the Comment icon to view the tooltip displaying the comment.

2. Using the Annual Results List

Navigate to Academic Tasks > Marking > Overall Annual Result

• Select a student and click the Actions button > Edit.
• Update the Comment field (plain, multiline text).

3. Using Mass Import Annual Results

Navigate to Advanced Configurations > Mass Imports/Actions > Import Final Marks > Step 2

• In the Optional Fields dropdown, select Comment.
• Populate the comment column in the import template for batch updates.
