Allow End Users to Select 'Default' Multiple Payers for Use in Future Arrangements
When multiple payers are allowed on an arrangement, this setting lets end users go a step further and save that group of payers (with their percentages) as a default. Every new arrangement created afterward then starts pre-filled with that same set of payers and percentages, instead of defaulting to a single Student payer.
