By default, a financial arrangement has a single payer. This setting allows an arrangement to be split across several payers instead, for example when a father and mother both contribute to the same set of fees. Depending on the option chosen, payers can simply be added, or added together with a percentage that defines how much of the total each payer is responsible for.
