This setting stores a rich-text message that is displayed to applicants alongside the additional deposit amount defined in Ask an Additional Preconfigured Payment Amount (Deposit) (AP_Free_Deposit_Amount in Admission > Admission Settings > Financial & Payment Settings > Basic Settings). It lets the institute explain, in its own words, what the deposit is for and under what conditions it may be refunded or applied.
