When Ask an Additional Preconfigured Payment Amount (Deposit) (APA_Free_Deposit_Amount in Admission > Admission Settings > Financial & Payment Settings > Application Acceptance & Rejection Settings) requires an extra deposit at acceptance, this setting defines exceptions to that rule.
