When Automatically Address Transactions (APA_Automatically_Address_Transactions) is enabled for acceptance payments and Type of Reason (APA_Type_Of_Reason) is set to Free Text, this setting supplies the exact reason text written onto the automatically created transaction, so staff do not have to type it manually every time an applicant pays their acceptance fee.
