Present Retry Payment Button in Case of Unsuccessful Payments for the Following Statuses
For any application whose registration fee has not been marked as successfully paid, this setting controls whether a Pay button is shown so the applicant (or staff) can retry the payment, based on the application's current status. Applications created before the setting was configured may not be affected.
