Don't auto suggest Group in Subject enrollments
When staff open a Student's Subject enrollments, every Subject the Student is taking carries a Group field. Where the Student does not yet belong to a Group for that Subject, Classter normally proposes one itself and shows it already filled in, so the enrollment can be saved in one click.
