Main Settings / General Settings / Higher Education Customization / Basic Settings / Students can have more than one Classes per Classes enrollment
Here you define whether students can be enrolled in more than one group for each course.
Note: You must have the “Enable Configuration for Higher Education” setting enabled.
Example
Setting -> Active
The group list is multiple selection and you can select more than one group, as shown below
Setting -> Inactive
The group selection list is single select and you can only select one group per course
