In the Session Mass Actions form, the system normally does not validate scheduling constraints. Enabling this setting makes the mass action skip any Group-Subject combination that has already exceeded its defined hour limit at the Group-Subject level, per timetable category. These hour limits are configured on the Group's own form and relate to the session schedule across the entire academic period.
