Check for Matching Sessions in Weekly Session Management to Auto-Create Co-Teachings

This is a special constraint rule for the weekly session management form. When a new session is created there, Classter can check whether an existing session already occupies exactly the same date and teaching properties (such as time slot and Classroom). If a match is found, the setting determines what happens next: nothing, an automatic co-teaching, or a prompt asking the user to decide.
