When enabled, a new switch becomes available on session entries that lets users mark a session as "Extra or Not Planned". This flag can then be used for reporting and filtering, letting the institute distinguish sessions that were added outside the normal timetable from regularly scheduled sessions. Access to who is allowed to change this new property is controlled separately through role privileges.
