Enable Cancellation Reason for Sessions
This setting determines whether Classter asks users to provide a reason when they cancel a Session, and whether providing that reason is optional or required. It gives institutes a way to keep a record of why Sessions were canceled (for example due to a Teacher absence, a public holiday, or a facility issue).
