Financial Settings / General Settings / Transaction Rights & Controls / Basic Settings / Allow end user to disconnect payments from arrangements (this will be valid only if the arrangement type is one of those selected here)
Here you define the type of existing payment that will allow end users to disconnect an existing payment from a financial arrangement.
Note: If you do not select one, all will be considered selected.
Example
Setting -> Payment Receipt
The disconnection option “without arrangement” is only available on Payment Receipt type transactions
On this transaction the option is not available because is invoice on credit category
