Allow end user to disconnect payments from arrangements (this will be valid only if the arrangement type is one of those selected here) (Allagi_Sindedemenou_Diakanonismou_Se_Aneu_Mono_Gia) is a setting in. It selects which transaction types can be shown as "Without Arrangement" when a user disconnects a transaction from a financial arrangement.
