The setting By default any new transaction is not visible to payers (in parents/Students portal) (Apenergopiisi_leitourgias_emfanisis_parastatikon_sto_SchoolPortal) controls whether a newly issued transaction starts out visible to payers in the parent/Student portal, or hidden by default.
