The setting Do not allow an end user to disconnect an existing payment from a financial arrangement, if the payment transaction date is prior to the date set here (Elaxisti_Hmer_Allagis_Aposindesis_dosis) defines a cutoff date before which a payment already connected to a financial arrangement cannot be disconnected from it.
