Allow end users to submit payment receipts with an amount larger than the related arrangement. (Kataxorisi_Oikonomikis_Kinisis_Me_Poso_Megalitero_Tou_Diakanonismou) is a setting in. It controls whether a Payment Receipt can be issued for more than the connected arrangement's remaining balance.
