Notify the following supervisors in case of absence exception

This setting picks which kind of supervisor is notified whenever a route or bus exception is recorded for one of their Students. The choice is by supervisor type - Mentor and/or Group Supervisor - rather than by naming individual staff members, so whoever currently holds that role for the affected Student is the one notified.
