Set Employee to receive notifications for new Transportations Intentions enrollments

This setting selects which employees are notified whenever a parent (or Student) submits a new Transportation Intention - the request a family makes to enroll a Student in the school bus service. Any employee added to this list receives an internal Classter notification as soon as the intention is saved.
