Allow Teachers to Enter Gradebook Marks Only If All Assessments Are Marked and Published
This setting controls whether a Teacher is allowed to manually enter or edit a Student's gradebook (term) mark before every assessment for the related Group and Subject has been marked and published. It is a user-interface restriction: it prevents premature manual gradebook entry, but it has no effect on the platform's automatic gradebook mark calculations.
