When a Mark Review is carried out on an assessment and the outcome of that review is Rejected Marks, this setting controls whether the case is routed to a specific responsible Employee who must then enter the final, authoritative mark, rather than leaving the rejected mark to be resolved directly by the original Teacher or reviewer.
