By default, Classter labels one of the quick-create buttons used to schedule a new Test-type assessment as "New Test" (or "New Assessment", depending on default terminology). This setting lets the institute type in a custom label to replace that default wording wherever the button appears, so staff and Teachers see terminology that matches how the institute refers to that assessment type internally.
