This setting controls whether the same marking criterion (or Outcome) can be reused across more than one assessment or assignment of the same Subject within an academic year. It applies only to assessments that use Outcomes: instead of the end user entering one overall mark, the marker enters a mark for each criterion attached to the assessment.
