When an institute sets a maximum number of assessments/assignments allowed per Group per day and/or per week, this setting decides what happens when someone tries to schedule more assessments than that limit for the same Group: whether the system does not check the limit at all, whether it only warns the person scheduling the assessment, or whether it blocks the action outright.
