This setting allows you to define whether the User can exceed the Marking Scale that is selected in the Academic Tab of a Course.
Example as Administrator
Science Y6 subject has Marking Scale Basic (1-10), if we create a new Assignment/Assessment with Max allowed Mark more than 10 and the setting is enabled, a warning message will appear when changing the Marks.
Setting -> Active
Setting -> Inactive
