Enable Custom message for Parents on Dashboard
This setting is the on/off switch for showing a custom message on the Parent dashboard, and it is off by default. The actual text of the message is configured separately, in the "Custom message for Parents on Dashboard" setting; this setting only decides whether that text is displayed at all.
