The setting gives the possibility to cancel the enrollment.
Activating the setting displays the button “Unenrollment” after Enroll.
Setting -> Active
When user clicks Enroll button, Unenrollment button will
Setting -> Inactive
When user clicks Enroll Button, he can’t Unenroll
