Allow un-enrollments X days after the registration date
This setting defines for how many days after the registration date a Student may un-enroll online from a Subject they enrolled in. It is the time limit on self-service un-enrollment: while the limit has not been reached, the Subject can still be switched off on the Online Enrollments screen; once it is reached, the enrollment is locked and only staff can change it.
