Admission / Admission Settings / Online Enrollments / Online Enrollments – Services / Automatic arrangement creation after online enrollment
Select this option and Classter will automatically create a financial arrangement for each service enrolled.
Note that the service should be enabled for Billing and it should also have default arrangement and billing plans and default price.
*Note: To enable billing and set arrangement plans you must to sign in as administrator or staff/Employee and go on
Main Setting / Services / Manage Services / Actions/Edit / Billing & Prices

User clicks to enroll in Transportation Services
In student’s Financial Tab it is created arrangement of selected service
