This setting stores a free-text email address that receives a copy of the notification sent whenever a Student enrolls in, or unenrolls from, a paid or free service through Online Enrollments. It works alongside Employee Receiving New Application Notification: both can be configured at the same time, and both receive their own copy of the same notification.
