The recorded video will be available for X days after session recording

App Settings › Academic Settings › Sessions and Homework › Sessions · Updated 2026-08-03

This setting specifies for how many days a session's recorded video (from WebEx, Zoom, or MS Teams) stays available/visible in Classter after the session ends. Once that number of days has passed, the recording link is no longer shown. At Beta College, the administrator sets this setting to 90 days, alongside Present Recording Links from external sources (WebEx and/or Zoom) enabled:
