When enabled, every new Session is automatically saved with a Draft visibility status instead of being immediately visible to Students, Teachers, and parents. This gives staff a chance to review and finalize a Session before publishing it, so that incomplete or tentative Sessions are not shown to end users prematurely. When disabled, new Sessions use the standard default visibility status instead of Draft.
